Join Chef Antonio and Martin Osis from Alberta Mycological Society as they teach you about all things mushroom.
Enjoy some chef’s bites and a drink as we take you on a learning experience about mushrooms. Then join our chefs in the classroom to make the perfect mushroom dishes.
Concludes with a seated meal in our dining room to enjoy your culinary efforts.
