Egg raviolo pasta is one of the most requested and copied dishes in world cuisine. We are proud to have Chef Antonio on our team. During his chef training he was able to learn all the tips and tricks to this craft when he was studying in this dish’s birthplace: San Domenico Imola. He is now ready to share his professional experience with you!

Learn about the ingredients, history of the regions and some tips and tricks to be successful in the kitchen. These classes will inspire your love for handcrafted homemade cuisine.
Enjoy a welcome wine to start the class and conclude with a full sit down meal to enjoy your culinary efforts. Additional, wine, cocktails and specialty coffees will be available for purchase throughout the class.
Class tickets are $109.52 not including GST, per person. You will need to purchase 1 ticket for each person.
