In this special New Year’s Eve class, you’ll learn to prepare three stunning and delicious seafood courses perfect for a memorable celebration. We’ll demystify classic techniques and craft an elegant menu that will leave your guests impressed and ready to toast to a fantastic year ahead.

Kick off your holiday experience with a welcome beverage as our chef leads you through the menu. Then, delight in a sit-down dinner featuring your delicious creations at our communal dinner table.
