Join Chef Antonio and Martin Osis from Alberta Mycological Society as they teach you about all things mushroom.
Enjoy some chef’s bites and a drink as we take you on a learning experience about mushrooms. Then join our chefs in the classroom to make the perfect mushroom dishes.
Concludes with a seated meal in our dining room to enjoy your culinary efforts.

This interactive class will guide you through the complete creation of your dish from start to finish. Learn about the ingredients, history, and some tips and tricks to be successful in the kitchen.
Additional, wine, cocktails and specialty coffees will be available for purchase throughout the class.
Class tickets are $115.00inclusive of GST and gratuity, per person. You will need to purchase 1 ticket for each person.
