I am Antonio Tardi, the culinary instructor from YEG Cooking Classes.
I am happy to share with you our first Food & Wine Tour to my hometown of Napoli. Throughout this tour, we will be discovering the real food traditions of this vibrant city that is situated on the south coast of Italy, overlooking the islands of Capri & Ischia.
I will guide you on a unique culinary journey which entails the origin of pizza Napoletana, the wines of the Vesuvius vulcan foothills, the magical practice of Mozzarella making, and the tasting of the fragrant Neapolitan Limoncello.
As a gran finale, I will take you to my Nonna’s courtyard for a celebration of life with my family & friends, making pizza with Nonna, dancing with local music, and drinking our local wine.
I promise that at the end of this trip, you will walk, talk & feel like a true Neapolitan!
