In the first session, Chef Antonio will teach you how to prepare the perfect dough for ravioli and create three unique fillings. You’ll also learn to shape and seal your ravioli using traditional methods and unique hand-crafted maple raviolo molds to add intricate designs.
The second session will focus on adding the fillings to your dough with proper techniques, ensuring even distribution and balance. You’ll master essential cooking techniques for boiling ravioli to perfection and enjoy the fruits of your labor.
