Indulge in a culinary journey that celebrates the Italian tradition of stuffed pasta during our immersive Raviolo Shapes Cooking Class. Under the guidance of Chef Antonio, you’ll learn the secrets behind creating an array of different ravioli shapes.

In today’s class, our expert chef will guide you through the process of adding filling to the dough using proper techniques, ensuring even distribution and balance. You’ll learn the traditional methods for shaping and sealing ravioli, as well as the essential cooking techniques for boiling them to perfection. With the help of unique hand-crafted maple raviolo molds, you’ll create beautifully shaped ravioli with intricate designs, adding a touch of elegance to your dishes.
