Sorrentino’s Garlic FEST is Back! Immerse yourself in the rich, bold flavors of garlic-infused cuisine with this Garlic Galore cooking class in Edmonton, presented by QUALICO. Start with a delicate Bresaola Carpaccio, served with arugula, Parmesan cheese, and a black garlic dressing. Then, prepare a hearty Seafood Cioppino, packed with fresh seafood and roasted garlic, paired with homemade garlic focaccia. Finish with a unique Black Garlic Molasses Crème Brûlée, topped with fresh berries for the perfect balance of sweet and savory.
