Guided by Chef Antonio, you will prepare two stunning pasta styles entirely from scratch: spinach fettuccine and squid ink spaghetti. Along the way, you’ll learn essential pasta-making skills – dough mixing, rolling, cutting, and shaping – while discovering how colour and ingredients can transform both the look and taste of fresh pasta. Each pasta will be paired with a sauce that enhances its unique personality, giving you the full experience of building colourful dishes from start to finish.
