Creative raviolo making

Join us for an immersive cooking series where our expert chef will guide you through every step of creating exquisite ravioli. In the first session, Chef Antonio will teach you how to prepare the perfect dough for ravioli and create three unique fillings. You’ll also learn to shape and seal your ravioli using traditional methods and unique hand-crafted maple raviolo molds to add intricate designs.

The second session will focus on adding the fillings to your dough with proper techniques, ensuring even distribution and balance. You’ll master essential cooking techniques for boiling ravioli to perfection and enjoy the fruits of your labor.

Throughout the series, you’ll enjoy hands-on experience and personalized tips, leaving you with the skills to create restaurant-quality ravioli at home.
