Today’s Lesson

In today’s lesson, Chef Antonio will guide you step by step on how to prepare the perfect dough for Ravioli. After the dough is created, he will show you how to make 3 unique fillings that will be used for the next day’s class.

Class Itinerary:

  • Create Ricotta & Lemon, Mushroom, Beef & Zucchini Ravioli Filling

Today’s Lesson

In today’s class, our expert chef will guide you through the process of adding filling to the dough using proper techniques, ensuring even distribution and balance. You’ll learn the traditional methods for shaping and sealing ravioli, as well as the essential cooking techniques for boiling them to perfection. With the help of unique hand-crafted maple raviolo molds, you’ll create beautifully shaped ravioli with intricate designs, adding a touch of elegance to your dishes.
